Responsibilities

Execute Tool Installations & Upgrades to achieve key objectives and reduce cycle times.
Safely design, plan, and execute lab facilities upgrades and tool installations in Silicon Valley.
Oversee a team of facility PMs in planning, scheduling, and budgeting across all phases.
Manage procurement of long lead equipment and review engineering submittals.
Collaborate with internal partners to align strategies with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with permitting and building codes; coordinate inspections.
Develop and implement global R&D Tool Hook-up processes and support.
Lead and mentor project management teams and suppliers for optimal performance.
