Job summary

Intel Corporation seeks an Analytical Chemistry Lab Technician for its SPTD Labs in Arizona. You will manage chemical sampling, laboratory analysis, and data handling to support process development and yield improvements in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, safety compliance, and strong collaboration with engineers and managers to ensure accurate results and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or STEM field; or an associate’s with 2+ years in maintenance or chemical handling.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques, chemical handling, and analytical measurements.
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining ICP-OES, HPLC, CVS, and titration tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze chemical samples using advanced techniques (e.g., titration, ICP-OES, HPLC/IC, CVS).
• Safely handle, mix, and store chemicals per safety protocols.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize laboratory data; present reports to engineers and stakeholders.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on lab tools and equipment to maintain accuracy.
• Support process transfers, BKM development, and cross-training initiatives.
• Collaborate with lab engineers/managers to ensure ISO 9001 compliance and timely results.
• Participate in safety initiatives, quality systems, and continuous lab improvement.
• Develop clear, trainable documentation for lab processes and assist in onboarding.
