Job summary

SkyWater Technology, Inc. is seeking an Integration Engineering Technician to support Advanced Packaging Integration Process Development. You will assist Integration Engineers by creating travelers, writing RSCs, and coordinating lot moves in the fab and R&D facility.

You will document observations and contribute to milestones. Responsibilities include process-flow creation in MES, running experiments, attending client meetings, and solving barriers to improve throughput.

Qualifications

• Clear problem-solving capability, data driven and inventive solution oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to meet commitments, drive multiple projects, and deliver results.
• Working knowledge in materials characterization and analysis; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive process flows for wafer manufacturing in MES system and ensure seamless execution.
• Attend client meetings to understand experimental needs and support COLs.
• Write experimental plans (RSCs) and coordinate lot starts in the fab.
• Interact with process engineers to answer questions before lots reach tools.
• Identify and resolve lot processing barriers to increase velocity.
• Operate semiconductor processing tools as needed to move lots through the line.
