Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, perform onsite service and/or modifications of Kokusai Semiconductor products at customer locations.
• Provide hands-on technical support and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Act as customer liaison on technical and logistic matters with Japan and USA teams.
• Communicate customer needs and requests to service, sales, and technical support groups.
• Perform interlocks checks, wiring, and total operation checks including vacuum and gas systems.
