Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or related technical field.
• 2+ years of Field Service Engineering experience supporting complex equipment.
• 3-5+ years of customer-facing experience with strong communication skills.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair activities on advanced semiconductor equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maximize customer uptime and satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and support teams across global locations.
• Support customer escalations and participate in technical task force initiatives.
• Maintain detailed service documentation and communicate status updates to leadership.
• Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted onsite technical resource.
• Participate in daily operational meetings and coordinate service activities within a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Ensure company service methodologies and best practices are consistently followed.
