Responsibilities

• Lead fault isolation workflow development with customers and engineering teams.
• Technically lead complex application activities and teams.
• Lead evaluation, demos, and on-site customer engagements under the SOW.
• Interface with customers to analyze technical requirements and schedules.
• Define and approve product application support plans for installation.
• Create new methodologies to optimize system performance for applications.
