Insight Global is seeking an experienced BOD Engineer to support semiconductor facilities, tool installation, and facilities design at our Malta, NY site. You will collaborate with EE Tool Owners to evaluate equipment onsite and determine facility requirements for tool installations, upgrades, and modifications.
The role requires hands-on experience with tool walkdowns, FDS creation, POU utilities, and 2D CAD tools, with cross-functional coordination across Facilities, EHS, and Tool Install
Qualificações
- 4+ years of experience in semiconductor facilities or tool-install engineering.
- Direct tool walkdown experience.
- Experience working with Tool Owners to define demo and upgrade scopes.
- Experience with POU utilities and FDS creation.
- Knowledge of flow rates, pressure drops, and regulator sizing.
- Proficiency with 2D design tools.
Responsabilidades
- Perform onsite tool walkdowns with EE Tool Owners.
- Define demolition, upgrade, and infrastructure modification requirements.
- Review and verify POU utilities and line-length specifications.
- Support the creation of Facilities Data Sheets (FDS).
- Validate flow rates, pressure drops, and regulator sizing.
- Review supplier documentation and translate requirements into site‑specific designs.
- Utilize 2D design tools to support facilities designs and FDS creation.
- Work cross‑functionally with Facilities, EHS, Tool Install, and other engineering teams.
