Job summary

You will follow SOPs, document production data, and work with engineers to meet output goals. You may rotate between day and night shifts and must wear full cleanroom PPE.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering/science, basic mechanics/electrical skills, and strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and science or equivalent.
• Experience in semiconductor or cleanroom environments is a plus.
• Basic mechanical or electrical skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom with full PPE.
• Willingness to work day, night, or rotating shifts.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain FAB equipment.
• Load and unload wafers from production tools.
• Perform equipment start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting.
• Log production data, machine status, and issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and other operators to meet goals.
• Cooperate with maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the FAB.
