The ECHO Process position provides technician-level support for ECHO Engineering and supports manufacturing needs. Process technicians are the first line of help for production issues and work closely with the production floor, maintenance technicians, and engineers to resolve problems and improve processes.

Job Summary:

• DUV Photo Process
• Dry Etch Process
• Programming and maintaining metrology tools

Key Challenges:

• Sustaining ECHO production and assisting engineering in developing new processes
• Writing SWEs and training production staff
• Improving current ECHO processes
• Supporting NXP Way, Standardized work, and 5S methodology
• Defining tool qualification procedures for new ECHO processes
• Enhancing tool utilization and availability
• Developing and writing specifications and SWEs

Job Qualifications:

• Competent in troubleshooting problems and applying logic to isolate and repair issues
• Ability to handle multiple issues and shifting priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional interaction with manufacturing and maintenance teams
• Solid knowledge of process control, sampling optimization, data analysis, and interpretation
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize work effectively
• A desire to foster a positive, world-class working environment
• AA Technical Degree or higher preferred
