Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our semiconductor manufacturing fab. You will maintain and repair electro-mechanical equipment, work with process engineers, and coordinate spare parts and service visits.

Collaborate with R&D and Equipment Engineering to retire legacy tools, develop procedures, install new tools, and drive PM/repair initiatives. This role includes swing shift Sun-Wed 1:00 PM–11:30 PM with a 15% differential.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with manufacturing equipment or complex systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and standard engineering practices.
• Strong personal and e-mail communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and solve complex problems independently.
• Ability to learn on the job and work with cutting edge technologies and processes.
• May be required to use a respirator and SCBA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electro-mechanical equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing fab.
• Work with R&D equipment and collaborate with process engineers and operators.
• Coordinate spare parts purchases and service visits; perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Develop maintenance procedures; install new process tools; develop PM and repair procedures and spare parts requirements.
• Assist with implementing hardware improvements and automation projects.
