Responsibilities

• Operate high-powered microscopes and inspection criteria to evaluate chip quality.
• Run sort equipment for semiconductor and SiP manufacturing.
• Work independently and with a team to meet production and quality objectives.
• Ensure proper handling, processing, and documentation of materials.
• Handle delicate Integrated Circuits with care and precision.
• Support continuous improvement by learning new skills and adapting to processes.
