Job summary

Keysight is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our semiconductor manufacturing fab in Santa Rosa, California. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing electro-mechanical equipment used in advanced processes, including high vacuum and precise deposition systems.

You will work with process engineers and operators on both volume production and R&D, coordinate spare parts, perform preventative maintenance, and help implement hardware improvements and automation projects.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with manufacturing equipment or other complex systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard engineering practices.
• Strong communication via e-mail and in person.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and solve problems independently.
• Willingness to learn on the job and work with cutting edge technologies.
• May be required to wear a respirator or SCBA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electro-mechanical equipment in a semiconductor fab.
• Collaborate with process engineers and operators for production and R&D.
• Coordinate spare parts purchases and service visits.
• Develop maintenance procedures and install new tools.
