Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team, communicating with supervisors, engineers, trainers, and maintenance personnel.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in an ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) controlled environment; strong attention to detail and adherence to strict quality standards.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments in a cross-functional environment.
• Must be a US Person: U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of the U.S. or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment dedicated to semiconductor and SiP manufacturing.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to meet production, quality, and operational objectives.
• Ensure accurate handling, processing, and documentation of materials while adhering to all safety and manufacturing requirements.
• Handle delicate and sensitive wafers, using skilled hand-eye coordination.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by learning new skills, providing feedback, and adapting to evolving processes.
