Job summary

Intel in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Module Equipment Technician to maintain and optimize advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This on-site role covers troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, calibration, and data-driven improvements to uptime and yield.

Part of the ATPD: SWA group, you will collaborate with engineering to enhance reliability and support Intel's manufacturing leadership. The job requires lifting 25 lb, ladder use, and long periods of standing in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks and climb ladders.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to diagnose equipment faults.
• Perform setup, calibration, corrective and preventive maintenance on critical tools.
• Monitor tool performance and analyze data for improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Document maintenance activities and parts usage per procedures.
• Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Follow cleanroom protocols and safety standards.
