Job summary

Intel in the United States warm Phoenix site is seeking a Module Equipment Technician to service advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. You will troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain electromechanical systems, supporting experiments and modifications that drive cutting‑edge results.

You will work with ATPD: SWA to improve reliability and yield, collaborating with engineering and support teams while adhering to cleanroom safety and on‑site requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 2+ years of experience or related paths.
• Technical hands‑on experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or field service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment.
• Perform setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance on toolsets.
• Monitor tool performance and analyze data to address issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability and uptime.
• Document maintenance activity and parts usage using established systems.
• Support cleanroom operations while following safety protocols.
