Qualifications

• Active-duty military status eligible for SkillBridge program.
• High School diploma or GED.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work 12-hour compressed schedule incl. weekends/holidays.
• One of: Technical Certificate or Associates Degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Technology, Automated Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Robotics, Industrial Systems and Controls, Electromechanical Technology OR 3 years hands-on maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, improvements, upgrades, and installation.
• Improve system performance to meet process requirements and reduce downtime.
• Monitor and analyze data to improve tool performance and address issues.
• Interface with engineering and manufacturing to resolve issues.
• Coordinate supplier service and repairs when needed.
• Prepare technical reports and summarize findings with recommendations.
