Texas Instruments in Lehi, Utah invites transitioning service members to join as a Semiconductor Equipment Technician Intern as part of the SkillBridge program. You will support maintenance, repairs and optimization of complex semiconductor equipment in a high-tech fab, applying your disciplined military background.

Eligible candidates include active-duty personnel; shifts include day/night with weekend coverage, and a 12-hour compressed schedule.

Qualifications

• Active-duty military status eligible for SkillBridge program.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work 12-hour compressed shifts.
• Willing to work day or night shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and installation of equipment.
• Improve system performance to meet process requirements and reduce downtime.
• Monitor data to maintain tool performance and address issues.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to resolve problems efficiently.
• Coordinate supplier service and repairs when needed.
• Prepare technical reports with findings and recommended solutions.
