Job summary

Yochana in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to support design, change control, and build activities for complex semiconductor capital equipment. You will own shopfloor support, documentation, and cross-functional coordination through ECO/ECN/VPR/QN processes.

The role requires hands-on CAD work, BOM management, and collaboration with assembly to resolve DFM and DFS concerns. You will lead root cause analysis for manufacturing issues and ensure robust corrective actions

Qualifications

• Experience updating manufacturing drawings and BOMs.
• Ability to interpret GD&T and maintain drawing packages.
• Experience with ECO/ECN/VPR/QN processes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration on design-for-manufacture and design-for-service.

Responsibilities

• Design and update manufacturing drawings using Pro/ENGINEER (Creo).
• Create and maintain BOMs, part lists, and drawing packages; ensure GD&T readability.
• Review, interpret, and redline engineering drawings.
• Initiate and process ECO, ECN, VPR, QN workflows.
• Provide onsite build support for semiconductor equipment—troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate with assembly teams on DFM and DFS concerns.
