Job summary

NXP Semiconductors seeks a maintenance technician to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in Chandler Fab Cleans/EPI equipment area. You will troubleshoot electrical, electronic, pneumatic and mechanical systems, perform consumable changes, and ensure safety and reliability across multiple tool groups.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate effectively with internal teams.

Qualifications

• AA/AS/AAS in electronics or mechanical preferred.
• Experience or military training may satisfy formal education requirements.
• Able to stand for long periods (up to 12 hours) and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Chandler Fab tools/equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Change consumables and perform other maintenance tasks as needed.
• Document work and follow safety protocols around hazardous chemicals.
