Job summary

PCB Piezotronics, Inc. is seeking an Equipment and Maintenance Engineer to install, maintain, and optimize semiconductor equipment and machinery to ensure safe and reliable operations across the facility. Training on 1st shift will transition to 2nd shift after completion.

Minimum qualifications include an associate degree in a technical field and 5+ years in machinery and semiconductor environments, plus strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent related work experience.
• Experience: 5 or more years of machinery, equipment maintenance and technical support.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment and cleanroom operations; strong root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning of new equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability improvements.
• Provide guidance and training on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ensure safety, regulatory and quality standards in collaboration with QA/QC.
• Assist budget planning, sourcing and vendor management for equipment.
• Perform basic facility maintenance to support a safe work environment.
• Undertake other related duties as required.
