Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and/or repairing manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to document work and provide detailed pass-down.
• Ability to extract and analyze tool data.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment issues using experience and technical manuals.
• Triage and repair equipment based on priority and operational needs.
• Support the Emergency Response Team as needed.

Skills

Familiarity with SEMI 10 semiconductor standards

Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and schematics

Fundamental knowledge of SPC controls

Proficient use of MS Office products

Experience with predictive maintenance

Knowledge of thin-film metrology

Experience with electrical, electro-mechanical, and gas systems

Education

University degree or equivalent experience
