Position

Semiconductor Equipment Engineer – 4th Shift (4:30 AM to 5 PM, Friday–Sunday; 3x12 with 4 hours makeup).

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose equipment issues using experience, system knowledge, and technical manuals.
  • Triage and repair equipment based on priority and operational needs.
  • Support the Emergency Response Team (ERT) as needed.
Qualifications

Required: University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and/or repairing manufacturing equipment.

  • Familiarity with SEMI 10 semiconductor standards.
  • Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and schematics.
  • Fundamental knowledge of SPC controls with the ability to implement SPC control plans on existing and new equipment.
  • Ability to document work and provide detailed pass‑down.
  • Ability to extract and analyze tool data.
  • Experience with predictive maintenance and SPC controls using FDC software.
  • Knowledge of thin‑film metrology, including ellipsometry, XRR, TEM, XPS, and FTIR.
  • Proficient use of MS Office products.
  • Experience with electrical, electro‑mechanical, and gas systems typical to semiconductor operations.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in maintaining and repairing a variety of semiconductor processing equipment in a clean‑room environment, with future expansion to support a wider range of equipment.
