Job summary
Intellectt Inc seeks a Semiconductor Equipment Engineer to support 300mm fab equipment, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, qualification, and equipment improvement. Strong hands-on experience with multiple platforms and systems is required.
Able to work rotating, weekend, and night shifts as needed. Candidate should have experience with AMAT Centura, ASM A412/Kokusai, TEL 303i/Indy, SEZ/LAM Wet, and related vacuum/robotics systems, with EHS/LOTO exposure.
Qualifications
- Hands-on support for 300mm fab equipment including installation and maintenance.
- Experience with platforms AMAT Centura, ASM A412/Kokusai, TEL 303i/Indy, SEZ/LAM Wet, AMAT Reflexion LK, Ebara FREX300, DNS SU/SS/FC.
- Experience with vacuum pumps, sensors, motors, drives and heaters; cleanroom and EHS experience.
- Willingness to work rotating, weekend, and night shifts.

- 300mm semiconductor equipment maintenance & sustaining
- Hands-on experience with 2+ platforms: AMAT Centura, ASM A412/Kokusai, TEL 303i/Indy, SEZ/LAM Wet, AMAT Reflexion LK, Ebara FREX300, DNS SU/SS/FC
- Electrical, mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic, robotics, RF, thermal & chemical systems
- Preventive/predictive maintenance and complex troubleshooting
- Wafer handling, vacuum pumps, valves, sensors, motors, drives and heaters
- Cleanroom, EHS, LOTO and hazardous‑energy experience
- Strong vendor coordination and technician training experience
- Willingness to work rotating/weekend/night shifts as required
