Job summary

FSTTechnical Services in Boise, Idaho, is seeking an EHS Technician/Safety Representative to implement safety programs during the demolition and installation of semiconductor tools and facility upgrades. You will conduct daily field inspections, provide safety information to contractors, reinforce the client’s safety processes, and communicate safety expectations to construction foremen and crews.

The role includes reviewing contractor incident investigations and performing root-cause analyses

Qualifications

• 2 Year Degree or High School Education with EHS Experience.
• 3 Years documented Semiconductor EHS experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement construction safety programs during demolition and installation of semiconductor tools and facility upgrades.
• Conduct daily field inspections using client inspection methods and provide technical safety information to contractors; reinforce client safety processes and communicate client safety expectations to foremen and crews.
• Review contractor incident investigations to ensure root causes are identified and corrective actions followed; perform incident investigations as required.
