Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Certification
• Minimum 1 Year of Safety or EHS Experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct field observations throughout active work areas
• Support approximately 30 craft personnel onsite
• Identify hazards and reinforce safe work practices
• Build rapport with field crews and supervision
• Promote project safety expectations and safe behaviors
• Monitor electrical construction activities
• Support contractor safety initiatives and compliance efforts
• Participate in site walks and safety discussions
• Provide real-time coaching and hazard recognition support
• Help maintain a positive and proactive safety culture
• Coordinate with project supervision and safety leadership as needed
• Support ongoing project activities while maintaining a visible field presence
