Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Foundational knowledge of memory architectures and CMOS device behavior.
• Experience with circuit simulation setup, analysis, and debugging (SPICE/Verilog).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and optimize digital and analog memory circuits across the product lifecycle.
• Perform circuit analysis and debug to evaluate power, performance, area, and reliability.
• Analyze layout parasitics and support test chip planning and silicon validation.
• Collaborate with global teams and leverage AI-assisted tools to improve design efficiency.
