Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 2+ years planning/production planning experience.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Finance.
• Experience in semiconductor industry or fabless is a plus.
• Advanced Excel usage (Xlookup, Vlookup, Pivot) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer demand and forecasts into actionable production plans.
• Ensure cross-department alignment and support strategic decisions.
• Generate reports and analyses to support management.
