Qualifications

• Experience with Statistical Process Control or statistical methods is helpful but not required.
• Able to read, understand, and execute Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Utilize computer-based manufacturing systems to record data.
• Analyze/process data pursuant to project goals.
• Organize documentation and department records.
• Perform CAD, process-flow, and manufacturing support tasks.
• Adjust, calibrate, and record effects on unit performance.
• Complete paperwork associated with testing and troubleshooting.
• Follow SOPs and basic operation specifications.
• Summarize learnings and report results to stakeholders.
• Maintain a well-organized, audit-ready work area.
• Apply 6S, Six-Sigma, and LEAN concepts.
