Inficon, a leader in vacuum-based and semiconductor manufacturing solutions, seeks a Cleanroom Technician to strengthen our production operations. You will perform critical cleanroom production steps, conduct metrology-based inspections, and maintain equipment to uphold strict process and cleanliness standards.

The role emphasizes documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cleanroom experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Understanding of structured workflows, contamination control, and precision handling.
• Excellent attention to detail, reliable documentation, and adherence to defined procedures.
• Clear and proactive communication style combined with a collaborative, hands-on mindset.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Execute and support cleanroom production steps, ensuring full adherence to process and cleanliness requirements.
• Perform visual and metrology-based inspections throughout the production flow and document results with high accuracy.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and workspace according to cleanroom standards.
• Support nonconformance handling (NCR) and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to maintain stable and reliable processes.
