Pentagon Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Cleaning Foreman in Goodyear, AZ to lead field crews across semiconductor projects. You will coordinate with the Project Manager and client reps to ensure safe, compliant, and quality execution on site.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in semiconductor or mission-critical environments, with experience in cleaning protocols and tool management. Will travel to customer sites nationwide and mentor junior technicians.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in semiconductor, data center, or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor cleaning and protocol strongly recommended.
• Experience with tool install, tool management, or fabrication environments highly recommended.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise field crews on active job sites.
• Coordinate daily activities with the Project Manager and client representatives.
• Execute cleaning, protocol, readiness, tool support, or fabrication-related scopes.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, site-specific requirements, and PPE standards.
• Maintain quality control and verify scope completion per specifications.
• Track manpower, materials, and equipment usage.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce site expectations.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of field technicians.
• Communicate project updates, challenges, and progress to leadership
