Pentagon Technologies, Inc. seeks a Cleaning Foreman to lead field crews on semiconductor and mission-critical projects nationwide. You will supervise active job sites, ensure safety, and align work with client expectations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Project Managers, executing cleaning and protocol scopes, and mentoring field technicians. Travel across the continental US is required. Join a team focused on safety, accuracy, and quality in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in semiconductor, data center, or mission-critical environments.
• Experience in semiconductor cleaning and protocol.
• Experience with tool install or fabrication environments.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable leading teams in fast-paced construction or cleanroom environments.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise field crews on active job sites.
• Coordinate daily activities with the Project Manager and client representatives.
• Execute cleaning, protocol, readiness, tool support, or fabrication-related scopes.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, site-specific requirements, and PPE standards.
• Maintain quality control and verify scope completion per specifications.
• Track manpower, materials, and equipment usage.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce site expectations.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of field technicians.
• Communicate project updates, challenges, and progress to leadership
