Job summary

United Integrated Services Corp. (UIS) is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support design coordination and construction projects in the semiconductor sector.

You will work with US and Taiwan design teams, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure BIM deliverables meet standards. The role emphasizes design coordination, documentation control, and effective communication across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment onsite in North Phoenix.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Virtual Design & Construction, Construction Management, Business Admin, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 1-2+ years of experience in design coordination, preferably within semiconductor cleanroom construction environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Revit.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support in organizing and managing construction projects, including design files and any other deliverables.
• Maintain relevant project documentation, including design change logs and model sign-off for BIM coordination.
• Coordinate with clients, design partners, construction partners and city officials on BIM and design aspects.
• Coordinate with US construction team and Taipei design teams to align on designs for construction.
• Create and update records ensuring accuracy of information.
• Schedule and plan meetings with clients, construction teams and other stakeholders.
• Perform quality control on BIM deliverables and ensure compliance with BIM SOPs and execution plans.
• Assist leadership with filing and cloud-based document management.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and external stakeholders.
