Project Manager, 2D+3D Design (BIM, REVIT, AutoCad)

Phoenix, AZ | Full-time | On-site |

We are recruiting a technical Project Manager to lead drawing and design coordination for a large semiconductor construction project in North Phoenix. This role is suited to someone who has worked directly with engineering drawings and can guide a CAD or BIM team while keeping design deliverables aligned with construction progress.

You will work with designers, engineers, and field teams to review drawings, resolve conflicts, manage revisions, and make sure the team has accurate information to build from.

What you will do

• Set priorities and coordinate daily work for the design team.
• Review and mark up 2D engineering and construction drawings for accuracy and coordination.
• Use AutoCAD and/or Revit to review drawings and support revisions when needed.
• Resolve design issues with engineers, field supervisors, and construction teams.
• Track drawing changes, outstanding issues, deliverables, and project milestones.
• Help maintain drawing standards, document control, and quality.

What we are looking for

• Strong ability to read, interpret, and mark up technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Experience coordinating designers, drawing packages, schedules, or multiple project stakeholders.
• Clear communication and the ability to work through technical issues with both design and field teams.

Experience leading a CAD or BIM team, using Navisworks, or working on industrial, data center, advanced manufacturing, or semiconductor projects is a plus. Semiconductor experience is not required.

This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States, STEM OPT or H1B encouraged to apply.
