Job summary

Renesas is seeking an Assembly Supervisor in Palm Bay, Florida, to lead daily operations within our Probe, Assembly & Test (PAT) manufacturing organization. You will supervise assembly production personnel, drive schedules, ensure safety and quality, and push continuous improvement across high-reliability semiconductor assembly processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise assembly production personnel in a semiconductor environment.
• Drive daily manufacturing activities to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
• Monitor department performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Coach, mentor, train, and develop employees to maximize performance and support career growth.
• Coordinate staffing, shift coverage, and resource allocation to meet manufacturing demands.
• Support new product introductions and production readiness activities.
• Review manufacturing data and production trends to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Lead problem-solving efforts related to production delays and downtime.
