Qualifications

• Hands-on familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, hand/power tools
• Basic understanding of PLCs, sensors, actuators, and electromechanical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis in lab or shop environments
• Able to work independently, follow detailed work instructions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of shop safety practices and willingness to follow lockout/tagout and EHS policies
• Clear verbal and written communication for reporting issues and documenting repairs

Responsibilities

• Equipment Debug: diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair back-end semiconductor assembly equipment and peripheral systems
• Safety Leadership: identify unsafe conditions, follow lockout/tagout and EHS procedures
• Process Support: assist production teams with equipment setup and changeovers
• Preventive Maintenance: perform routine inspections and component replacements
• Continuous Improvement: support kaizen/Lean initiatives to improve equipment reliability and yield
• Data Capture: record maintenance actions and support data-driven actions
• Independent Work: execute tasks with minimal supervision and escalate complex issues
