- Proficiency in MATLAB, Python and Linux; strong troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical interface between customers and engineering teams to diagnose product issues and provide solutions.
- Provide application support for semiconductor inspection and metrology systems.
- Develop and deliver customer training programs and technical documentation.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer evaluations.
- Collaborate with Field Service Engineers on installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
