Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed deburring of CNC‑machined aluminum parts using hand tools and deburring equipment.
• Refine and prepare surfaces to meet semiconductor‑grade specs and cosmetic standards.
• Inspect machined features to verify conformance before finishing or cleanroom processing.
• Identify and correct machining defects such as chatter marks or surface inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with CNC machinists and engineering to address burr and tolerance issues.
• Perform precision cleaning and pre‑finish preparation including degreasing and masking.
