FM Industries, Inc. is seeking an Aluminum Finishing Expert to deburr CNC‑machined aluminum parts and refine surfaces to semiconductor‑grade standards. You will work closely with CNC machinists and engineering to identify and correct defects, ensure cleanliness, and prepare parts for anodizing or coatings.

The role requires hands‑on finishing expertise, ability to read technical drawings, and adherence to strict quality and safety protocols in a high‑purity production environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and hand‑eye coordination are essential.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and finish specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Perform detailed deburring of CNC‑machined aluminum parts using hand tools and deburring equipment.
• Refine and prepare surfaces to meet semiconductor‑grade specs and cosmetic standards.
• Inspect machined features to verify conformance before finishing or cleanroom processing.
• Identify and correct machining defects such as chatter marks or surface inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with CNC machinists and engineering to address burr and tolerance issues.
• Perform precision cleaning and pre‑finish preparation including degreasing and masking.
