Job summary

Acumed LLC is seeking a Finishing Technician for the first shift (5:00AM–3:30PM) to perform tumbling, deburring, polishing, blasting, welding, anodizing, and assembly of metals and plastics.

You will follow SOPs, read basic blueprints, and monitor the DI water system for anodization while maintaining fixtures and completing paperwork in SAP. Emphasis on quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read and follow SOPs and WIs.
• Basic blueprint reading skills needed for anodization and assembly operations.
• Experience with maintaining DI water system for anodization.
• Ability to design/develop fixturing as needed and perform preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and WIs to complete operations on time.
• Read blueprints for anodization and assembly tasks.
• Monitor and maintain the DI water system.
• Maintain and help design fixturing for anodization.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Accurately enter job data into SAP and other systems.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area.
