Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Semiautomatic Specialist Operator to support line leaders on the Box Former/Box Closer and Case Packer equipment. The role includes changeovers, quality inspections, machine cleaning, and proactive safety support, with strong teamwork and adherence to SOPs.

You will contribute to high line efficiency, participate in AM/5S activities, and help maintain a clean, safe production area while meeting shift targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Technical education in Mechanics is required.
• 1–2 years of machine operator experience on high-speed lines is preferred.
• Experience with Syntegon box former/closer/case packer machines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate semiautomatic line, perform changeovers and fine adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize downtime and maintain quality.
• Support line leaders, ensure safety, cleanliness and adherence to SOPs.
• Assist maintenance and autonomous maintenance activities as needed.
