Job summary

Empire National México is currently seeking experienced CDL Class A Owner-Operators as independent contractors (1099). You will operate as an owner-operator with a 1099 arrangement, earning 90% of the gross rate on each load.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Valid Medical Card.
• At least 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience.
• Minimum 23 years old.
• Valid smartphone with data and ability to provide high-quality documentation/photos.
• Reasonably clean MVR and PSP.
• No major violations within the last 36 months.
• No DUI in the last 5 years.
• Must not be prohibited in the DOT Clearinghouse.
• Negative drug test required.
• No recent or major convictions on criminal background check.
• Reefer equipment must generally be 10 years old or newer.

Optional Trailer Rental

Dry Van

• 10% of gross load
• Minimum $800
• Maximum $1,300

Reefer

• $1,500/month
• Plus reefer-hour and mileage charges as applicable
