Job summary

Empire National México in Dallas, TX is seeking experienced CDL Class A Owner-Operators for independent contractor roles. You will operate semi trucks, haul loads, and manage documentation with dispatch support and direct deposit on a weekly cycle.

This opportunity pays 90% of the gross rate, includes a 10% dispatch fee after six months, and offers optional trailer rental, DOT inspection bonus, referral bonuses, ELD support, and equipment oversight.

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL
Valid Medical Card
At least 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience
Minimum 23 years old
Smartphone with data for documentation/photos
Reasonably clean MVR and PSP
No major violations within last 36 months
No DUI in last 5 years
Not prohibited in DOT Clearinghouse
Negative drug test required
No recent/major convictions on criminal background check
Reefer equipment 10 years old or newer

Minimum Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.
Valid Medical Card.
At least 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience.
Minimum 23 years old.
Valid smartphone with data and ability to provide high-quality documentation/photos.
Reasonably clean MVR and PSP.
No major violations within the last 36 months.
No DUI in the last 5 years.
Must not be prohibited in the DOT Clearinghouse.
Negative drug test required.
No recent or major convictions on criminal background check.
Reefer equipment must generally be 10 years old or newer.

Compensation & Fees

Owner-Operators are compensated as independent contractors (1099). A 10% dispatch fee applies after the first 6 months.

Optional Trailer Rental

Dry Van

10% of gross load.
Minimum $800.
Maximum $1,300.

Reefer

$1,500/month.
Plus reefer-hour and mileage charges as applicable.

A refundable security deposit is required. Additional deductions may apply depending on equipment, insurance, permits, tolls, trailer rental and optional services.
