JOB DESCRIPTION - DALLAS TRAILER REPAIR CO.

Sign-On Bonus: $3000 for qualifying candidates, paid as $1500 in 90 days and $1500 in 180 days.

Positions Available:

• Diesel Technician (Refrigeration a Plus)
• Trailer Technician

Salary:

$20.00 - $45.00/hr, depending on location and experience.

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of trucks/vehicles and trailers. Requires knowledge of mechanic tools, diagnostic equipment, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostics and repairs on vehicle systems and trailers.
• Inspect and analyze mechanical issues, perform repairs, and routine maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Knowledge of diesel vehicle systems and diagnostic tools.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience; ASE certifications preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment tests and background checks.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, stand, climb, kneel, and perform repetitive motions.

Work Environment:

Indoor and outdoor shop work, exposed to weather, noise, chemicals, and potential hazards.
