Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Semi-Skilled Automotive Technician for River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. The technician will perform maintenance per dealer and factory standards and help build customer trust in Napleton as a vehicle safety provider.

The role offers pay range $20.00-$26.00 per flat rate hour, paid training, certifications, tool allowances, and career advancement opportunities, with comprehensive benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive technical training or experience as a skilled automotive technician.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Complete vehicle inspection
• Check and communicate oil level to other teammates
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
• Perform wheel alignments
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
• Clean and replace batteries
• Replace or repair exhaust system
• Remove and reinstall brake drums and/or brake shoes
• Replace Radiators
• Perform Manufacturer recalls that do not require diagnostic equipment
• Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable

Located at River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, the Automotive Technician performs vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards and builds Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton as a caregiver for their vehicle safety and reliability.

Job Requirements:

• Automotive technical training or experience as a skilled automotive technician

• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
