Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace, Lansdale, PA, is seeking an Assembler Level 3-Semi Rigid to join our manufacturing operations. You will assemble electronic components and modules from samples, prints, and routing instructions, using hand tools and precision measuring devices to meet quality targets.

You will report to the Sr ISC Production Supervisor and work on-site, applying advanced assembly skills and following work instructions to ensure product integrity and timely production.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of assembler experience.
• 2 years soldering experience (JStandard).
• Able to interpret instructions on process sheets, prints, or route cards and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assembles electronic components, assemblies, subassemblies and modules.
• Assembles parts using solder, fasteners and adhesives.
• Verifies results and performs rework as needed.
• Performs mechanical assembly with measuring tools.
• Wires, harnesses, relays, transformers, capacitors, resistors in assemblies.
• Preps, crimps and sets up tools for conductors.
• Performs other duties as required.
