Qualifications

2+ years of proven experience with operating SEM metrology systems in the semiconductor industry.
Demonstrated capability to lead projects from kick-off till completion, with clear planning and periodic/final reporting.
Strong data analytic skill; programming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define and implement metrology solutions addressing customer gaps.
Interface with customers regarding technical requirements, analyses, and schedules.
Create and lead new methodologies to optimize system performance for specific applications.
