Job summary

Bath Planet, serving the Salt Lake City market, is seeking a Selling Sales Manager to lead and develop our in-home sales team. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching reps, closing deals, and building a high-performing sales organization with strong product and systems support.

The position offers a base salary with commission potential and a proven pathway to grow income in a growth-oriented, home-improvement business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful home improvement sales experience.
• 2+ years of sales management experience preferred.
• Experience with the 1-Day bath/remodeling concept preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and develop salespeople.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable using an iPad, electronic contracts, and sales presentation technology.
• Competitive, energetic, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of In-Home Sales Representatives.
• Review scheduled appointments and help maximize opportunities.
• Run at least 5 sales appointments per week alongside reps for coaching and development.
• Join reps in the home to assist with presentations and closing.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Conduct cancel-save and rehash appointments to recover lost opportunities.
• Lead ongoing sales training and team meetings.
• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for results.
• Help develop new reps and continuously improve sales performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven home improvement sales professional who enjoys coaching reps, helping close deals, and building a team that consistently delivers results.
