Job summary

Bath Planet of Salt Lake City is seeking an experienced Selling Sales Manager to lead and develop our in-home sales team. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching reps, helping close deals, and building a high-performing group that delivers measurable results.

You will drive performance, oversee sales processes, and work directly with reps in the field to maximize opportunities and growth, with compensation tied to performance and achievements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful home improvement sales experience.
• 2+ years of sales management experience preferred.
• Experience with in-home sales and the 1-Day bath/remodeling concept preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and develop salespeople.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of In-Home Sales Representatives.
• Review scheduled appointments and help maximize opportunities.
• Run at least 5 sales appointments per week alongside reps for coaching and development.
• Join reps in the home to assist with presentations and closing.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Conduct cancel-save and rehash appointments to recover lost opportunities.
• Lead ongoing sales training and team meetings.
• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for results.
• Help develop new reps and continuously improve sales performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven home improvement sales professional who enjoys coaching reps, helping close deals, and building a team that consistently delivers results.

What You'll Do
