Job summary

Bath Planet of Salt Lake City is seeking a Selling Sales Manager to lead and develop our in-home sales team. This hands-on leadership role requires coaching reps, helping close deals, and building a high-performing organization.

Expect to lead 5+ appointments weekly, mentor reps, and drive consistent results with strong lead flow, proven products, and an established business. Competitive base salary plus commission opportunities empower you to grow your income.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of home improvement sales experience.
• 2+ years of sales management experience preferred.
• Experience with in-home sales and the 1-Day bath/remodeling concept preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and develop salespeople.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable using an iPad, electronic contracts, and sales presentation technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of In-Home Sales Representatives.
• Review scheduled appointments and help maximize opportunities.
• Run at least 5 sales appointments per week alongside reps for coaching and development.
• Join reps in the home to assist with presentations and closing.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Conduct cancel-save and rehash appointments to recover lost opportunities.
• Lead ongoing sales training and team meetings.
• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for results.
• Help develop new reps and continuously improve sales performance.
