Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience required, outside sales experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in cold calling and business development outreach.
• Comfortable delivering sales presentations and meeting with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a strategic sales plan to meet branch revenue goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with current clients while prospecting new business.
• Oversee all sales activity within the market and ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead and develop a team of recruiters to fill open job orders quickly and accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity and client interactions using the CRM system.
• Represent the company with professionalism and uphold policies and values.
• Manage branch operations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with AR to ensure timely invoice collection and healthy client accounts.

Pay Rate

Base salary based on experience, plus commission

Selling Branch Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and implement a strategic sales plan to meet individual and branch revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients while actively prospecting and securing new business within your territory.
• Oversee all sales activity within your assigned market, ensuring consistent follow-up and client satisfaction.
• Lead and develop a team of recruiters to ensure open job orders are filled quickly and accurately.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activity, leads, and client interactions using the company CRM system.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity, consistently upholding company policies and core values.
• Manage branch operations efficiently, identify cost-saving opportunities, and submit accurate expense documentation to accounting.
• Partner with the accounts receivable team to ensure timely invoice collection and maintain healthy client accounts.

Selling Branch Manager Requirements and Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience required; outside sales experience strongly preferred.
• Staffing industry experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in cold calling and business development outreach.
• Comfortable delivering sales presentations and meeting with decision-makers.
