Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Selling Advisor in Northbrook to cultivate client relationships with elevated selling and exceptional service, both in-store and digitally. You will serve clients onsite and remotely, acting as a trusted fashion confidante while reporting to the Sales Manager.

Ideal candidates bring fashion retail experience, strong selling skills, and comfort with digital tools to drive omni-channel sales and wardrobing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have strong sales-driven mentality and ability to meet goals.
• Experience using digital tools to engage clients and sell remotely or in-store.
• Styling and fashion retail experience preferred.
• Commission-based sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Job Description:

YOU WILL BE:

As a Selling Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while becoming their trusted style confidante. A Selling Advisor will service clients who come into our store and digitally using the latest technology for outreach and selling. A Selling Advisor can speak about fashion and trends with authority—both in person and digitally. This job is onsite at the specified location and will report to the Sales Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goal
• Experienced with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience
• Commission sales experience
• High School Diploma / equivalency required
• A flexible work schedule

Salary Range $15.00 - $30.00*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
